The operator of the Sakhalin-1 project - Exxon Neftegas Limited plans to start drilling at the deposit Arkutun-Dagi in 2013, in 2014 – produce the first oil, the President of the company, J. Taylor said at the conference “Oil and Gas of Sakhalin”.
Yesterday the Government of Sakhalin said the drilling is planned to start in 2014.
At the present time the construction of the objects for the development of the Arkutun-Dagi deposit goes on. The largest in Russia offshore ice-breaking platform Berkut will be installed there.
