Russian oil companies drilled 489.5 thousand meters of prospecting boreholes in January-July 2013. It is by 0.2% more than in January-July 2012, Central Dispatching Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex. The drilling progress in production drilling is up by 3.8% over the reported period and reached 12.004 million meters. “Surgutneftegas” drilled 128.3 thousand meters of pioneer (-12.1%) and 2913.7 thousand meters of production wells (+8.1%).
