Lukoil to invest 130 billion rubles into hydrocracking at Kstovsky refinery

Investments into construction of the second catalytic cracking complex and hydrocracking complex at Lukoil-Nezhegorodnefteorgsintez (the Kstovsky refinery, the Nizhny Novgorod region) will exceed 130 billion rubles, the Kstovsky refinery’s General Director Alexei Kovalenko reported.
“The hydrocracking complex is provided for black oil processing into automobile gasoline and to increase the oil processing depth. With the launch of the complex, the processing depth at the Kstovsky refinery will increase from the current 74-76% to 90%,” – Kovalenko said.
