Russian Ministry of Energy sends draft intergovernmental agreement for the first line of Turkish Stream to Turkey

The Russian Energy Ministry has sent the Turkish side a draft intergovernmental agreement on the Turkish Stream pipeline project. This was reported by a source in the Ministry.

According to him, it is about "the draft intergovernmental agreement on the first branch of the project with capacity of 15.75 billion cubic meters".

The source specifies that early on the level of heads of the states (Russia and Turkey) a decision on a phased implementation of the project was agreed. "Russia is ready to agree with the phased implementation of the project," - said the source in the Russian Ministry.
