Bashkir company Gazprom Salavat neftekhim, one of the largest Russian petrochemical producers, may take out loans to the total amount of 11 billion rubles for a period of two years, local media reported, with reference to Gazprom Salavat neftekhim’s announcement of proposals on the electronic trading platform of Gazprombank.
