Sberbank requires $ 6.6 million from "Mechel" and its "subsidiaries" in court.

The Moscow Arbitration Court had initiated proceedings and appointed preliminary hearing on the suit of Sberbank to the metallurgical company "Mechel" and its five subsidiaries for the recovery of about 6.6 million on July 22, the arbitration reported RIA Novosti on Wednesday.

The court received the lawsuit on May 14, the grounds of the claim are not reported. Ltd. "Bratsk Ferroalloy Plant", "Mechel-Service", "Mechel-Trans", JSC "Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant" and Mechel Trading AG are respondents along with JSC "Mechel", the lawsuit informs. Sberbank declined to comment on the lawsuit filed.
