Rimera is about to increase supply to Surgutneftegas by 9% in 2014

“Izhneftemash”, a part of “Rimera” Group of companies, has started the execution of a contract on a supply of special vehicles for the repair and cementing of wells of “Surgutneftegas”.

Until the end of H1, 2014 the plant will manufacture sledge-mounted special machines for the use in the conditions of the lack of proper roads. They are the pumping sets UNB-125x32S and mixing plant US-50x20DS.

US-50x20DS is one of the modern models of the special machines, manufactured by “Izhneftemash”. The equipment has the volume at 20 cubic meters for cement bunker. The use of this equipment enables to reduce the number of machines for the development of difficult-to-recover deposits and reduce costs for the servicing of oil and gas boreholes. The transmission of the mixing machine is equipped by dual-speed transfer unit. The presence of two gears allows expanding the range of regulation of the bunkers’ content supply and reduces breakage risks of the gearing system and the spiral conveyor at uneven density of the cement and backfill materials. Pilot testing of the equipment took place at the deposits of Surgut.
