Novatek announces prolongation of buyback program

On May 27th, 2014, a meeting of the Novatek’s Board, during which it was decided to prolong the program of the buyback of Novatek’s securities until June 7th, 2015 while retaining of all the terms of the buyback, was held.
"We successfully implement our key strategic projects that will allow us to significantly increase the operational and financial performances of Novatek," - said Novatek’s head L.Mihelson.
