Plenipotentiary in the Far East proposes construction of three oil-refining plants in the region

The problem of the fuel deficit can be solved due to the construction of additional oil-refining enterprises. The Far East needs three more refining plants, the RF Minister for development of the Far East, the Plenipotentiary of the President in the Far East Viktor Ishaev says.
