In the buyback on April 21-25th, Novatek bought back 1.269 million stocks, including GDR's. Within the former buyback on April 14-17th, Novatek bought back 879,940 stocks. The price of theGDR (10 stocks) fluctuated within the interval of $96.48-$102.9 while the period at LSE, and within 320-354 rubles at MICEX. Thus, Novatek could spent over 449.3 million rubles to buyback.
