“Gazpromneft Orenburg” increased production by 55% in Q1, 2014

The consolidated production of “Gazpromneft Orenburg” (a production subsidiary of Gazpromneft) increased by more than 55% in the first quarter of 2014 year-on-year and made up more than 905 thousand tons of oil equivalent. This was stated  by the press-service of the enterprise.

The growth of production is due to the drilling of new wells and effective well interventions. There has been put in operation 19 wells at the deposits of “Gazpromneft Orenburg” since the beginning of the year. And they plan to put in operation another 81 wells before the end of the year.
