Orenburg drilling company will be transferred to Rosneft

FAS has received application from RN-Drilling, a Rosneft’s subsidiary about the purchase of Orenburg drilling company. The application will be reviewed before April 11th. Rosneft is going to strengthen the positions of RN-Drilling in the service sphere. For that, the company will upgrade outdated equipment and buy new facilities. Rosneft rejected to comment about the transaction for the purchase of Orenburg drilling company.
