Lukoil has been granted the license for Burtsevsky hydrocarbon site

In March 2014, the Perm regional subsoil use management agency has tendered the Burtsevsky site for hydrocarbons exploration and production there. The winner is Lukoil Perm that has offered 39.93 million rubles for the site. Another company that appeared was RITEK, a 100% subsidiary of Lukoil. They made one step during the tender. The starting payment was 36.3 million rubles. The site’s reserves are 104,000 tons of oil and 13 million cubic m of associated gas.
