Bashneft buys back its preferred shares to the amount of 1 billion rubles from fund Prosperity

The fund Prosperity Voskhod Fund Limited has sold 714.483 thousand preferred shares of Bashneft to the company at the price of 1.403 thousand rubles per share within the buyback program. This made up about 68% of the total package of Bashneft’s shares, which the fund owns.

The fund estimates the deal at $28.166 million. As of March the 27th, the Bashneft’s preferred share cost 1.404 thousand rubles.
