Sberbank sold Dulisma deposit for $87.7 million

Sberbank sold Dulisma for $87.7 million or 2.835 billion rubles, according to the report by ISA of the bank. In December 2012, Sberbank sold 100% in Dulisma NK CJSC for 2 billion rubles and $27 million. Profit was 3.6 billion rubles. The bank does not name the buyer. Unofficially, the deposit was purchased by the Belarus businessmen Y. and A. Khotin. In January, FAS met the application for purchase of Dulisma, made by Eastsiberian managing company LLC and CrownCiti CJSC.
