The Board of Directors of “Slavneft” will discuss the calling of the annual general meeting, the company stated.
The Board will also discuss a matter, concerning an approval of a performance contract of “Slavneft” for 2013. “Gazpromneft” and TNK-BP control 98.95% shares of “Slavneft” and major minority shareholding of its subsidiaries on a parity basis.
