Rosneft needs the entire capacity of the ESPO pipline

"Rosneft" needs the entire volume of the ESPO.

"Rosneft" may face problems in the implementation of an unprecedented contract to supply oil to China. Beijing was not able to guarantee the construction of the necessary infrastructure in time and now the state-owned company requires all power of the ESPO pipeline for the export growth specified by the agreement. As a result, LUKOIL, "Surgutneftegaz" and Irkutsk Oil Company may lose volumes in it. Government calls on oil producers to close with each other, but the competitors do not want to give "Rosneft" highly profitable export in the easterly direction.
