SIBUR resumes production in Dzerzhinsk and Kstovo

SIBUR has resumed the production in Nizhny Novgorod region. It was terminated due to a failure of the boiler at a power block SIBUR-Kstovo.
There was fully resumed ethylene and propylene production on January 25 and ethylene oxide, glycol on January 26, 2014.
There was taken a decision to resume the former steampipe from the Novogorkovskaya TPP, operating as part of TGK-6, to provide SIBUR-Kstovo by the required volume of industrial steam.
