The planned capacity of Rosneft’s LNG plant at Sakhalin can be doubled to 10 million tons

The planned capacity of the first stage of the LNG plant of Rosneft and ExxonMobil at Sakhalin can be doubled to 10 million tons, the Governor of the Sakhalin region A. Khoroshavin says. He says that Rosneft and ExxonMobil have large reserves and are reliable. He’s sure that the volume of the available reserves can broaden the capacity of the project to the additional 5 million tons a year.
