Lukoil and Mexican company Pemex to determine joint projects in autumn

Lukoil and Mexican company Pemex, which signed cooperation agreement in January, plan to determine joint projects on land and the shelf of Mexico in the autumn of this year, the head of the Russian private oil company, Vagit Alekperov reported to journalists.

“We consider a number of projects, including on land, which are developed already, and offshore projects – this is geological exploration on shelf of the Gulf of Mexico, especially its deep-water part. Joint teams will start to work now and we will decide on concrete joint projects before the end of the year, in the autumn,” – Alekperov said.
