The margins of the Russian oil refineries will increase by 2.5 times by 2015-2017, the director of the department for coordination, development and regulation of external economic affairs of the Ministry of Economic Development A. Zharinov says at the Oil Terminal 2014 congress in St. Petersburg.
In his opinion, it will happen because of the tax manoeuvre. They will be given the stimuli for rapid upgrading of oil refineries aimed to maximally full transforming of dark oil products to light oil products.
