KES Holding company loses consumers

As the Komemrsant has got to know, Lukoil can build a thermal power station for its refinery Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez in Kstovo. This issue has been considered, justification of investments has been developed, head of the company’s press centre Vitaly Matushkin reported to the Kommersant. The estimated capacity of the thermal power station will be 200-300 MW depending on the fuel and the needs of the plant, he said, added that the generation can be started no earlier than in 2017.
