Shell has performed the first layer hydraulic fracturing in the Kharkov region, the Ukraine

Royal Dutch Shell has started the work for layer hydraulic fracturing at the shale gas deposit that can lead to rivers pollution in the Kharkov region, the Ukraine and the neighboring Russian regions.

Yesterday Royal Dutch Shell started the work for layer hydraulic fracturing at the first drilled exploration well in the settlement of Vesyoloye, the Pervomaysk district in the Kharkov region. If the Ukraine starts full-scale development with fracking, not only its owns citizens but also the citizens of the neighboring Russian regions will suffer from its negative influence.
