Bashneft approves purchase of Bashneftgazrazvedka

On November 26 of 2013, the Bashneft’s Board of Directors approved purchase of 100% of Bashneftgazrazvedka.
The Board of Directors also approved an update strategy and plan of the company development in 2014-2018.
