"Rosneft" will acquire a project of the oil terminal (OT) "Lavna" near Murmansk. The owner of the project - "Sintez" group was never able to use it for offshore assets, also sold to the oil company. "Rosneft" will benefit from its own terminal in the Arctic, its absence has prevented it from winning the contest of LUKOIL for the East Taimyr site.
