Fire at an oil refinery in Kazakhstan

They fought a fire at an oil refinery in Pavlodar region in Kazakhstan. The press-service of JSC “KazMunaiGaz-downstream operations” states.

The ignition occurred at 06.40 a.m. in a process furnace of the heating of the catalytic cracking feed. Owing to firefighters the fire was put out at 10.03 a.m. There are no injured or fatal casualties.

The other part of the plant keeps operating as per normal.
