The EU Commission to put off the issue on access to the OPAL gas pipeline

The EU Commission is e likely to postpone taking a decision on the access of Gazprom to Opal gas pipeline, the Minister of Energy of Russia, A.Novak said. RIA Novosti reports.
The Russian gas is delivered in Europe via the Nord Stream gas pipeline to the Opal gas pipeline. But it is loaded only by half because of the restrictions of the European regulators. The EU Commission promised to make a final decision before the end of October, but might be later.
