Lukoil is against Rosneft becoming the monopoly oil transporter to Belarus

Lukoil thinks that it’s unreasonable to grant to Rosneft exclusive rights for oil supplies to Belarus. In his opinion, equal access should be maintained. It gives an opportunity to keep balance and to meet agreement with different suppliers for Belarus.
