Irkutsk oil company to invest 56 billion rubles into construction of gas-chemical complex

The Irkutsk Oil Company (INC) plans to allocate 56.4 billion rubles for the construction of the Ust-Kut gas chemical complex through until 2019, the director of the INC’s Department of gas projects implementation, Tatiana Marinchenko reported.

"These will be own funds and we also consider the possibility of attracting credit resources from Russian and International Financial and Credit Institutions," - she said.

As it was reported, earlier INC mentioned the amount of investments into the complex in 2014-2019 in the amount of 120 billion rubles. This amount includes investments into the construction of the gas and product pipelines, as well as the gas processing facilities at the field. This part of the gas program wasn’t included in the investment project for the construction of the gas chemical complex. The complex is planned to be launched in 2019.
