Chief of Novatek Mikhelson remains control in Sibur

The chief of Novatek, L. Mikhelson remains the controlling shareholding in Sibur after enlargement of the share belonging to the company’s management. In the beginning of July, the majority shareholders of Sibur Holding L. Mikhelson and G. Timchenko declined their shares in the holding, and the current and active top-managers of Sibur increased their shares from 5.5% to 17.5%.
