Russian Ministry of Energy predicts increase in difficult oil production by 24% in 2016 to 41 mln tons

The Russian Energy Ministry has predicted the growth of the difficult oil production in 2016 by 24.2% as compared with 2015 to 41 million tons, the Ministry reports.
