Shareholders of BP-TNK holding company may not to approve a number of deals on oil sale and purchase with Rosneft because of absence of a quorum, the Rosneft’s Vice President Igor Maidannik reported to journalists.

“As of consideration of this issue there wasn’t a quorum,” – Maidannik said.
