Shareholders of Bashneft to intend to decrease dividends 4 times

Shareholders of Bashneft will consider a proposal on payment of dividends in the amount of 5.323 billion rubles by results of 2012 during the annual meeting in Ufa, on Thursday, the RIA Novosti reports.

This is almost 4 times less than by results of 2011, when amount of dividend payments was 20.274 billion rubles (99 rubles per share and 37% of the profit).
