Gazprom doesn’t sue Naftogaz as it cannot pay

In January Gazprom held a demand against Naftogaz for incomplete gas intake at the amount of 7 billion USD.
Now Gazprom is not going to sue Naftogaz, as it understands that the company cannot pay the fine, the official representative Sergey Kupriyanov reported.
