MMK may pay final dividends for 2015 in the amount of 3.46 bln rubles

The Board of Directors of the Magnitogorsk metallurgical plant (MMK) has recommended shareholders to pay the final dividend for 2015 at the rate of 0.31 rubles per share for a total amount of 3.464 billion rubles. Taking into account the interim dividends, the total payment for 2015 could reach 9.9 billion rubles (about $150 million, or 35% of the profit for 2015). It is reported by the press centre of the company.

Chairman of the Board Viktor Rashnikovu owns about 87% stake in MMK. Thus, his share is about 3 billion rubles in the form of the final dividends, and taking into account the interim payments - about 8.7 billion rubles.
