Bashneft plans to pay dividends-2015 for 29.1 bln roubles or 50% of profit under IAS

The Board of Directors of Bashneft recommended the shareholders to direct 29.1 bln roubles for dividends-2015 or 50% of profit under IAS.
It is suggested paying 164 roubles/share. The date of registry closing for dividend payment is July 15th.
Previously the chairman of Bashneft’s Board, A. Texler, said that the company is ready to pay dividends at 50% of profit under IAS if there is a Government order. Prior to that the company planned to pay 20 bln roubles of dividends.
The net profit of Bashneft under IAS in 2015 rose by 34.8% to 58.2 bln roubles.
Bashneft’s dividends for 2014 made up 20.07 bln roubles or 113 roubles/general and privileged share.
