Rosneftegaz to obtain state package of Arcticshelfneftegaz – owner of license for shelf of the Barents Sea

The Federal Property Management Agency will transfer a state-owned stake of Arcticshelfneftegaz - a joint venture of Rosneft and the Federal Property Agency, which holds the license for a deposit on shelf of the Barents Sea, to Rosneftegaz. This follows from the decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin, published on the official web portal of legal information.
