Surgutneftegaz is going to invest into the upgrading of KINEF 35-40 billion rubles within 3 years. In 2015-2016, Surgutneftegaz is going to invest to upgrading of Kirishi oil refinery 23 billion rubles. The company is eager to gain benefits from the Leningrad region, the Governor A.
