Rosneft and PetroVietnam sign agreement on supply of 6 million tons of oil per year to refinery Dung Quat

Rosneft and PetroVietnam Corporation have agreed the main terms of the long-term supplies of oil to the refinery of Dung Quat in Vietnam. The agreement was signed during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum-2014 in the presence of the Russian President ,Vladimir Putin.
The agreement provides for possibility to supply up to 6 million tons of oil (of ESPO grade) per year through the port of Kozmino in 2014-2039 after the completion of the final stage of the plant’s upgrade.
