The famous Arctic explorer A. Chilingarov can enter Rosneft’s Board of Directors. He’s nominated for the voting for election to the Board at the annual shareholders meeting on June 27. Earlier Rosneft’s Board of Directors agreed 9 nominees for 9 seats in the new composition of the Board for the voting at the annual shareholders meeting. They are not included to the new list 2 active members of the Board of Directors, the chief of Rostech S. Chemezov and the chief of VTB A. Kostin. They are recommended to their sears A. Akimov of Gazprombank and A. Bokarev of Transmashholing.
