Belarus oil volume can be increased to 24 million tons

Belarus has asked for an increase in the annual oil supplies from Russia to its oil refineries from the current 23 million tons to 24 million tons from 2015. Russia is content with that, the Minister of Energy of Russia A. Novak says at the St. Petersburg International Economy Forum. Supplies will increase depending on physical ability of the state to increase their oil refining, the Minister says.
