The Ukraine to be ready to cede to Gazprom control over gas transportation system in exchange of decrease of gas price

The Ukraine is ready to cede to Gazprom  control over the Ukrainian gas transportation system in exchange of decrease of gas price for the country, the Kommersant Ukraina writes, referring to a source in the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy.

Kiev has repeatedly offered to create a consortium to manage the Ukrainian gas transportation system in the trilateral format - with the participation of Europe and Russia. At the same time, within the gas negotiations that are continued more than a year the Ukraine and Russia also discuss the bilateral format of the consortium. The Ukraine connects the consortium creation with the decrease of the gas price, which is unfairly high, as the country thinks.
