The Russian Government has transferred 5 continental shelf sites to Gazprom and Rosneft on non-tender basis

The Russian Premier D. Medvedev has signed the order about transferring on non-tender basis of continental shelf sites for geological prospecting, exploration and production of minerals at a rate of 3 to Gazprom and at a rate of 2 to Rosneft. Gazprom will get Nyarmeysky, Skuratovsky and Morskoy, and Rosneft will get Albanovsky and Varneksky site, according to the Governmental order signed on May 23 2013.
