The chief of Novatek L. Mikhelson has increased his shareholding in Novatek from 0.6753% to 0.6814%. His direct shareholding in Novatek increased from 0.6753% to 0.6814%.
In the beginning of April 2011, Total completed the transaction on entrance to Novatek’s capital and became the owner of 12.0869% in the company. Total valued the transaction by $4 billion. In December it bought one more shareholding of 2% for $800 million. In the end of May 2012, it owned 15.16% in Novatek and was going to further increase its shareholding to 19.4%.
