Gazpromneft’s Board of Directors to consider issue on sale of Meretoyakhaneftegaz

On June 4 and 5, 2013, the Gazpromneft’s Board of Directors plans to consider a number of issues, connected with acquisition and sale of assets. According to the Gazpromneft’s report, on June 4, the participation in the Meretoyakhaneftegaz’s authorized capital will be discussed. In the next day, the Gazpromneft’s Board will consider the issue on alienation of 100% share in the Noyabrskneftegazproekt’s authorized capital by Gazpromneft NTTs.
