The creation of plants with a capacity of up to 120 thousand tons is under discussion.

JSC "Bashkir Soda Company" (BSC), a member of the "Bashhim" group, is planning to build a production of ethylene from methane by Linde technology, "Interfax" informs referring to the chairman of the Strategic Committee of the BSC Board of Directors Sergey Merzlyakov. According to him, the option of building plants with a capacity of up to 120 thousand tons of ethylene per year is under discussion. At the same time the timing of the project and the decision to start have not yet been determined.
