"Ukrtransnafta" is beyond the control of the state and insists on process oil refining.

On March 26 meeting on the further use of the process oil had been held in the building of Minenergougol, which had been initiated by the Deputy Minister Igor Didenko, source in the ministry informed OilNews.

Didenko initiated the meeting to which representatives of the National Security Council, the Security Service, the GPU, the ministry of Internal Affairs, "Naftogaz of Ukraine", "Ukrtransnafta" and three refineries of the "Privat" group were invited. Only Attorney General's office did not send a representative from all those invited. At the same time people's deputies, Sergei Leshchenko, Victoria Voytsitskaya Paul Rizanenko attended the meeting.
