In the coming years, the price of oil is unlikely to reach $70 per barrel, the Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov stated in the State Duma.
"Now it is clear that long-term forecasts on the oil market suggest that it is unlikely that the price of oil will reach $70 per barrel in the coming years," - he said.
