Ministry of Natural Resources stands for replacement of Government investment into geological exploration by private investment

​The Ministry of Natural Resources considers necessary to create conditions on the replacement of the Government investment into geological exploration by private investment by means of creation of favorable conditions for subsoil users via the reduction of the administrative burden and use of economic tools of stimulation of geological exploration, the head of the agency, S. Donskoi said.

“The budget deficit has already led to a significant reduction of the Government investment into geological exploration in 2015. We analyze how this situation will reflect on private investment into geological exploration. There is a risk of its fall”, he said.

The volume of the Government financing into geological exploration in 2014 reached 36 bln roubles.
