The Government Committee for control over foreign investment hasn’t considered the deal of Glencore’s purchase of 49% in RussNeft, the head of FAS, I. Artemiev, said on the results of the meeting of the Government Committee for control over foreign investment.
“This deal hasn’t been signed as Glencore is only preparing the submit request to the Government Committee. It hasn’t submitted it to us. We will consider it in a proper order as soon as it submits it”, I. Artemiev said.
